Studio Procedures

Pre booking via Mindbody is highly recommended, booking closes when the class starts. Booking must be secured with a valid payment card. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a space without a booking although wherever possible we will accommodate you, to adhere to social distancing in the studio you might be asked to wait outside.
Due to the reduced studio capacity please note there will now be a £15 no show/late cancel fee. This applies to all classes and all students. This is to ensure that spaces don’t go unused.
Members are provided with priority booking, for further information please see the prices page.
Please read and sign the Covid-19 Waiver on Mindbody (copy of which can be viewed here). Participation in *In Studio* or *Livestream *classes will count as consent of this waiver.

We have reduced classes sizes to allow for a 2 meter social distance in the studios. Therefore to guarantee a space booking is essential.
We will monitor class capacity and attendance and add more classes to accommodate more students if required.

Reception doors will open earlier to allow for social distancing to be maintained during class sign in, please arrive in good time for your class. Late comers will not be admitted.

Please wait outside the studio, two meters apart until there is available space to enter the reception area and once entering the studio please follow social distancing guidelines and the one way system.
Please sanitise your hands on entry and throughout your visit with the hand gels provided by all doors.
Your temperature maybe taken with a non contact infrared thermometer.
Please note PPE is provided for all staff and teachers should the wish use it. It will be optional unless Government guidelines make it mandatory.

Card/contactless payments to be taken only, with this in mind we have removed the minimum spend.

To adhere to our cleaning protocols we require the yoga studio, changing areas and reception area to be clear 15 minutes after the end time of your class.
We’re pleased to be able to offer you a Lounge area where you can take your time after class, enjoy a coconut water or energy ball, gather your belongings and catch up with your fellow yogis before leaving (at a social distance of course). This will allow us to continue to maintain our community vibe whilst honouring a one way system, separate exit and keeping the yoga spaces clear for cleaning and entry of the next class.

Mats to be placed only in designated spaces already marked out in the yoga studios.
Please distance if queuing for the toilet, changing areas or reception.
The one way system and entry and exit system is to be honoured at all times.
Student Etiquette

We are providing complimentary alcohol hand gel, torq roll plus antibacterial spray and wipes through out our communal areas and studios. Please use these on entry to the building, before and after class, for your hands plus mats and equipment where necessary to deter the spread of the virus - protecting both yourself and others.

Please bring your own mat, your mat must be machine washed at least once a week.
All classes will be practised on the mat, ie for Bikram we will now turn on the mat rather than step across it.
We will have a very limited number of hire mats at £2.50 per mat (regardless of membership) to accommodate full machine washing after each use.

Please bring your own towel(s) and place it on top of your mat during all classes.
Due to supplier restriction we are currently unable to provide complimentary members towels we have a limited amount of hire towels at £1 for Yearly Upfront Members or £1.50 for general hire. We cannot guarantee availability.

Unless Government guidelines change the wearing of masks will not be mandatory, you’re of course welcome to wear one in the communal areas if you wish. Based on scientific advise exercise in a mask is not advised.
To limit the spread of any droplets all breathing exercises will be practised via the nose.
If you do need a tissue during class, place it immediately in the bins provided and sanitise your hands after.
Come to class clean and maintain regular good hygiene.
For the time being we will not be providing mats, towels, blocks or straps so please bring your own or purchase at the studio before your class.
We will not be holding lost property, any left items will be disposed of at the end of the day.

If you’re sick, (anytime) PLEASE STAY HOME! If you are having cold or flu symptoms, it’s too late to “sweat it out”. Please stay home, rest and get better soon.
Please do not visit the studio if you have recently been in contact with someone you believe has the virus.
Please respect your fellow Yogis, teachers and staff at all times.
Cleanliness

We clean all hard surfaces daily using Clover Versan Disinfectant, this product is for disease prevention and kills 99.9% of viruses and bacteria and is Food Agency approved i.e. it's safe!
Touch points are cleaned with Versan, before, during and after each class
We clean all soft areas using Jangro Bacterial Mint and Tea Tree which is ph. neutral and kills a wide range of germs and viruses.
We also undertaking a thorough daily deep clean.

The carpet in the yoga studios and hallway is hypoallergenic, rubber backed and antibacterial. Mist cleaned after each class with Mint and Tea Tree, vacuumed daily and periodically professionally steam cleaned.
Ventillation

The heating, humidity and ventilation system that circulates in the hot room is sterile. The heat leaves the boiler and humidity leaves the tank at 90 degrees. The air is extracted, and fresh air re-entered every two minutes.

The cool studio has three doors allowing for the constant flow of fresh air.

The toilet and shower areas have electric fans which run continually.

The building has 6 external doors which can be opened to allow for a stream of fresh air should it be required.
