Pre-booking via Mindbody is highly recommended, booking closes when the class starts. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a space without a booking.
Please ensure you book the correct class either In Studio or Livestream.
For Livestream once you’ve booked in for class you’ll receive an invite via email to join the live session around half an hour before class starts.
In Studio classes have a 6 hour cancellation window, due to the current reduced studio capacity please note there will be a £15 no show/late cancel fee after this time . This applys to all classes and all students. This is to ensure that spaces don’t go unused.
