Physical Space
Yoga Lounge Bournemouth boasts two yoga studios, a yoga shop and is home to Cocoloco cafe.
We have spacious male and female changing rooms with showers, hairdryers, cubby holes and hooks for personal belongings. Our boutique shop stocks everything you need (plus more!) for your yoga class from rehydration to après wear!
Hot (+ Warm) Studio
The hot room has a state of the art dual heating (gas fired and far infrared) and humidity system that allows the room to maintain just the correct degree of heat (40degrees), humidity (40%) and fresh air. The studio carpet is hypoallergenic, anti bacterial, allergy proof, waterproof and non slip.
The heating, humidity and ventilation system that circulates in the hot room is sterile. The heat leaves the boiler and humidity leaves the tank at 90 degrees. The air is extracted, and fresh air re-entered every two minutes.
Cool Studio
Equipped with an engineered steel frame with 17 aerial fabric hammocks, hypoallergenic carpet, floor to ceiling mirrors and windows allowing natural light into the studio.
The cool studio has three doors allowing for the constant flow of fresh air.
The aerial hammocks are machine washed at 60 degrees after each use.
Cocoloco Cafe
Set within the Yoga Lounge space you will find the scrumptious delights of the Cocoloco cafe. Fresh and vibrant flavours from across Latin America - All dishes are based on traditional recipes and made to order from 100% plant-based ingredients.

Free Parking
We offer a small free car park directly behind the studio on a first come first served basis.
We do not recommend parking on the streets north of the studio although free on street parking here is limited and tricky.
Ample free on street parking is available on Browning Avenue or Chessel Avenue which are the roads running south off Christchurch Road toward the cliff top.

Sovereign Shopping Centre
Up to 2hrs: £1.70
Up to 4hrs: £4
Hawkwood Road
behind the pedestrianised section of the high street. Charges apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:
1 hr: £1.30
2 hrs: £1.80
4 hrs: £4.20
All of the above options are a 2-6 minute walk from the studio. During good weather if you are parking on the street due to our proximity to the beach please allow extra time to park.
