Darren Essex
In his spare time Darren (known as Dee or Daz to his friends) enjoys riding on his scooter which you can always see parked outside the front of the studio. He can also be quite creative as a former Jewellery designer and engraver for over 6 years after leaving school dabbling in some art and expressive writing also. He has written two poetry books the first entitled “I Feel Everything” and his second book published called “Through The Haze”. A former physique competitor who still loves to occasionally lift the odd weight as well as his Pilates and Yoga practice to stay even stronger and leaner.

Aimee Graham
Creativity is her middle name, when she's not painting artwork on the studio walls and greeting people on the front desk, she can be found making all kinds of things with paper. Aimee enjoys painting portraits of peoples pets and organising the yoga lounge bournemouth beach clean.

Meri Baylis
Meri is a nature enthusiast, yoga instructor, and a familiar face at our front desk. When not guiding others in their practice or assisting at the studio, she's chasing waves on her surfboard, exploring new trails on hikes, and jetting off to discover new places. A true advocate for a healthy lifestyle, Meri prioritizes self-care and wellness. Beyond her love for yoga, she finds joy in singing, dancing, and embracing the beauty of life.
