Ishvara
Teaching yoga is my passion and I love being able to share this holistic practice with everyone. My interest and journey with yoga is in the union of the mind, body, and spirit, which my classes emphasise and reflect. I've trained with the Sivananda Ashram where yoga and meditation is still taught in a very traditional style. My classes reflect this tradition and are sequenced in a classical style, with a focus on mindfulness, physical wellbeing, and inner peace.

Ali Palmer
“My Yin specialist training (50 hours Yoga International) was with the highly acclaimed Bernie Clark and Diana Batts. I love teaching Yin and seeing students discover the physical and mental benefits – working deep into the facial networks and joints of the body, tissues which become stiff and inflexible as we age or through sedentary living. In my Yin classes I draw people to the spiritual and mental benefits of the meditative state we achieve during poses, helping reduce stress and anxiety in our day-to-day and improving our well-being, calm and mindfulness. “I am also a Vinyasa and hot yoga teacher (200 hours Yoga Alliance), a Reiki practitioner and am currently writing a book, ‘Grief-Soothing Yoga’.”

Lisa Fry
Lisa was a County sprinter as a youngster & has consequently undergone 2 knee operations & a very painful torn Achilles with lengthy rehab. Looking for the effect running gave her, but being kind to the body, she found Bikram yoga. It's discipline & tough regime ticked all the boxes but what she didn't get through running was the complete mental challenge & mindfulness. Completely blown away in the very first class & subsequent workshop, Lisa became a teacher in Spring 2014. She still keeps up her own practise & loves sharing this life changing practise through teaching others & being part of the strong following Bikram enjoys.
